This interface is governed by Act XXV of 2023 on complaints, reports of public interest, and rules related to reporting abuses. it was created by Technokov Kft. in order to comply with the law. Through this interface, they can easily and comprehensively report any incidents detected in connection with the operation of our organization that may indicate abuse. Our organization is committed to complying with applicable laws and ensuring legal operation. In all cases, we investigate the reports received in accordance with the law, and if we experience any abuse, we will take all necessary measures to eliminate it and to avoid similar cases in the future.

We would like to inform you that the primary purpose of the abuse reporting system is to increase the transparency of the Company's operation and the accountability of our organization by ensuring the protection of persons who detect and report real or perceived violations of law from retaliation in addition to the investigation of the report.

We would like to inform you that in the event of a report in bad faith, if you provide untrue data or information and

  • a) a circumstance indicating the commission of a crime or violation of regulations arises, your personal data must be transferred to the body or person authorized to conduct the procedure,

  • b) it is reasonably probable that you have caused illegal damage or other rights violations to others, your personal data must be transferred upon request to a body or person authorized to initiate or conduct the procedure.

The data management rules affecting notifications are as follows:

We will investigate your complaint within 30 days of receipt. We would like to inform you that, in justified cases, the investigation period can be extended, and the maximum investigation period is 3 months.

We would like to inform you that we will be in contact with you during the investigation, we may call you to supplement and clarify the report, to clarify the facts and to provide additional information. Failure to do so may jeopardize or even thwart the conduct of the investigation.

We would like to inform you that you can also express your position regarding the report through your legal representative in person or in writing based on prior consultation, and you can support it with evidence.
